Predicated on one of the fanciest realist derivations in the theoretical domain of international relations, Game Theory, this paper will attempt to represent US-India agricultural cooperation as a game. In sync with the requirements of the Game, the key players involved in the US-India agricultural partnership have been identified at multiple levels, both within the official state apparatuses and outside, with their respective strategies of engagement delineated. Using the information leveraged by the Game model, it will be demonstrated that increasing collaboration between the two countries has and will help in achieving a kind of equilibrium in the trade-ties between India and US which will benefit them both in the long-run, although in different measures.
