The notion that internal security of Pakistan is being challenged by the very presence of the Afghan refugees has become a rallying point for seeking their ‘repatriation’. Religious radicalism and terrorism, drug smuggling, human trafficking, illegal trade in goods and other law and order issues are some of the major grievances that the government and people of Pakistan have come to pile on those who came from across the Durand Line.
